BrainPOP "creates animated, curriculum-based content that supports educators and engages students." Available for all grades, BrainPOP offers great ways to review science and/or mathematics concepts while engaging the students. This Web site can also be used to introduce a new topic in a simple way. BrainPOP offers games, videos and more fun activities that will appeal to your students.
Cool Math
Cool Math is a very interactive and colorful Web site that offers math games and activities for students, teachers and parents. Referring to itself as “an amusement park of math and more… designed for fun!” and as a remedy to students who are bored with math, confused by it or hate it. Created by a former math teacher who used to dislike math, this Web site has lots of information without being overwhelming; it is easy to navigate and students will like the number and variety of activities and resources. Cool Math also offers links to 6 other Web sites created by the same author and offer great resources for educators, students and parents to use on a daily basis.

This program gives students the chance to communicate and share pieces of their culture with students from around the world.
